Departmental Library and Reading Room Facilities

The Department of Computer and Systems Science maintains a well-organised Departmental Library and Reading Room that supports the academic and research needs of students, scholars, and faculty members. The facility houses approximately 500 carefully curated books, covering a wide range of subjects aligned with the department’s curriculum and research focus. The collection includes standard textbooks, reference works, advanced monographs, competitive-exam resources, and recent publications that help learners deepen their understanding of theoretical as well as applied topics.

Attached to the library is a quiet, well-lit Reading Room designed to provide a comfortable environment for study and academic discussion. The room is equipped with adequate seating, ventilation, and electrical points for laptops, enabling students to work individually or in small groups.

Internet of Things (IoT) Laboratory

The Internet of Things (IoT) Laboratory is a dedicated facility designed to support hands-on learning, experimentation, and research in the rapidly growing field of connected systems and smart technologies. The lab provides students and researchers with the infrastructure and tools required to design, prototype, and deploy IoT-based solutions across various application domains.

ICT enabled Classrooms

The department is equipped with four ICT-enabled classrooms designed to enhance the teaching–learning process through the effective use of modern technology.
